Ray Carbonell went from being Qnary's first employee to their current CEO in just seven years. Ray has worked with founder Bant Breen from day 0, serving as a key player in Qnary's growth and success, powering sustainable and scalable business practices across finances, operations, sales, ultimately building Qnary's global footprint.

Qnary helps executives strengthen their reputation and grow their online presence through social media content, thought leadership and talent branding, ultimately raising their and their organization's digital profile, driving brand awareness, talent retention and acquisition, as well as a number of other media and business opportunities. Qnary works with top executives from Fortune 500 companies across every industry including tech, finance, law, marketing, consumer goods, recruitment, and development.

Prior to joining Qnary, Ray held multiple analyst positions in private equity, venture capital, and investment consulting firms. He also ran operations, e-commerce, and the finance department at Solex Partners, a leading Spanish food company based in Chicago.

Ray's passion has always been to elevate and grow businesses, through consulting and supporting executives on-and-offline. His experience in the financial consulting industry allows him to bring that level of understanding and management to Qnary and Qnary's clientele.
